Class Cancellations by Immu Happy Yogi

We reserve the right to cancel any Class due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment. In the event of a Class cancellation by us, you will be notified via email and offered a full refund for the cancelled Class. You will also have the option to reschedule your registration for the next available Class of the same type.

Student Cancellations

Class Passes:

• Multi-class passes: We offer a 7-day grace period for cancellations before the first scheduled class in a multi-class pass. After the grace period, any unused classes within the pass are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Unlimited monthly passes: Unlimited monthly passes are valid for the entire month of purchase and cannot be refunded partially. We do not offer refunds for unused portions of a monthly pass.

Single Class Registrations:

• We offer a 48-hour cancellation window for single class registrations. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the Class start time will not be eligible for a refund.

Exception:

We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel outside of the standard window due to illness or a documented emergency, please contact us directly via the form below as soon as possible. We will review your situation on a case-by-case basis and may offer a credit for a future Class.

Refunds

If you are eligible for a refund under this Policy, we will process the refund within 2 business days using the original payment method.

It is our policy to post any changes we make to our Refunds Policy on this page. The date the Refunds Policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page.
